OK, now that you have your closets and files cleaned out, and you have quit doing the stuff that didn’t work while doing more of what did work, lets keep going.

Take out another sheet of paper or a new word document and write at the top of it “Stuff that needs FIXED“. Now simply start listing all the things you can think of that need fixed. If you have ever heard of a “Brain Dump”, this is it.

Write down everything you can think of and keep the sheet of paper handy because you will continually think of things that need fixed. After a couple of days, go back and prioritize the list.

Now, create an excel spread sheet and start assigning people to the tasks with deadlines for completion.
