If you have been following along with this series in January, you should have your closets and files cleaned out, and you have quit doing the stuff that didn’t work and are doing more of what did work, and you have had a brain dump on what needs fixed. Let’s keep going.

Clean out the toxicity from your life. I actually cancelled my daily newspaper 3 years ago and I don’t miss it a bit. I don’t watch network news anymore. I get enough news when I log into my Yahoo account and I choose what to look at. There are people I know that are toxic and I have learned to limit my exposure to them. Some are 3 minute, 3 hour, and 3-day people. I choose to associate with positive people whenever possible. And remember, the choice is YOURS!

Today’s assignment is to list all the habits that you know in your heart are not good for you. Pick just one and eliminate it from your life. After 30 days that habit will no longer be a habit. Check it off. Then choose another and so on.

Don’t worry about being perfect. I have a saying that will keep you from tying yourself to the ass kicking machine. It is: You are right where you are supposed to be, and you are right on time!
