OK, if you completed your fresh start from last week, you should now have your closets and files cleaned out, lets get to the really hard stuff.

Take out a sheet of paper, draw a line down the middle of it. At the top left write: “Business practices that worked” and on the right “Business practices that didn’t work”. Spend as much time, up to an hour, as you need to fill out this sheet.

Now STOP doing what didn’t work and do more of what DID work!
