In my book, I talk about knowing why you do, what you do, when you do it. I used to vaguely think about that, but when I made a commitment to examine my life I started in earnest to explore that issue.
What I discovered is that until you can answer those questions you are living out somebody else’s programing. Your parents, schools, and society have all had a hand in your programing. Some of it good, some of it not so good.
Your job is to examine the programing and decide what serves you and what doesn’t.
And here is a brutal truth: Until you can answer that question, you don’t have a choice!
